This year, we estimate we will feed over 1,500 families. Each program is licensed by the Office of Children and Family Services and follows guidelines put forth by them. Community The Y is more than a gym, and you have chose to be a part of it. This means that YMCA members in good standing, from other YMCA associations, are welcome to use the Capital District YMCA.
